In order to provide better medical dialysis services, our hospital introduced a Fresenius CRRT (continuous renal replacement therapy) dialysis machine in May. On the afternoon of June 7th, our hospital invited the director of the Hemodialysis Center of SouthWestern Lu Hospital to conduct CRRT continuous dialysis training for the hospital medical staff.

During the training, the director of the Hemodialysis Center of SouthWestern Lu Hospital used PPT to demonstrate the development history of blood purification, the advantages and characteristics of CRRT continuous blood purification, and the precautions for the use of CRRT anticoagulation.

In this training, we learned about the choice of anticoagulant drugs and dosage, the principle of CRRT, several technologies involved in CRRT, and the indications of CRRT. At the training meeting, everyone spoke enthusiastically and put forward the problems encountered in clinical use, which were answered patiently. We have all gained a lot from this training, but we still need further clinical practice to better serve patients.

This activity has been highly recognized by the nursing staff participating in the training. The trained professional nurses will better master this technology and apply it in their future work, so as to provide high-quality nursing service for patients with excellent technology.

For critical care medicine, CRRT is no less than a revolutionary technology such as mechanical ventilation and gastrointestinal nutrition support, with fewer complications, safe and effective, and convenient for management.

The introduction of Fresenius CRRT in DaVita(Shandong) Kidney Disease Hospital marks a new step in the treatment level and nursing technology of emergency and critical diseases. To a certain extent, the development of this technology has opened up a life channel for critically ill patients.
