Cooking:

1. Soak the agarics and daylily, and mix the starch with water.

2. Cold the oil after the pot is hot, and then put star anise and cinnamon into the pot.

3. When the star anise is black, pour 2 spoons of light soy sauce and half a spoon of dark soy sauce.

4. Add water, agarics, daylily, 2 spoons of chicken essence, a little salt and 1 spoon of thirteen spices powder.

5. Add the prepared mixed starch into the pot after boiling.

6. Boil the tofu with boiling water, then cut it slices into a bowl.

7. After the brine soup is cooked, pour it into the bowl with tofu.

8. Put mashed garlic, sesame sauce and coriander into the bowl.
