Fry rice with eggs

Cooking:

1. Chop scallion, ginger, garlic and coriander.

2. Cut Carrot into slices.

3. Dice Onion and tofu.

4. Hot oil in the pot, fry the scattered eggs, and take them out for later use.

5. Heat rapeseed oil in a medium heat pot and add prepared ginger, garlic, carrot, onion, tofu, and green beans.

6. Add rice, eggs and soy sauce when the carrot are soft and stir, then turn off the heat.

7. Add coriander and scallion, and out of the pot to serve.

Ingredients:

Carrot 50g, onion 60g, tofu 100g, green beans 30g, scallion 20g, eggs 120g (2), cooked rice 300g, coriander 5g, garlic 2 pieces, 1 small piece of ginger, 5.5ml soy sauce, and 18 ml rapeseed oil.
