Mashed potatoes

Cooking:

1. Peel potatoes, wash and cut them into slices and steam them.

2. Mash the potatoes after steaming and add a little salt.

3. Add appropriate amount of starch to prevent sticking pot, and then knead mashed potatoes into biscuits

4. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add potato biscuits to fry until both sides become golden.
