Fry egg with cucumber

Cooking:

1. Wash and slice the cucumber.

2. Soak the dry agarics with warm water for 30 minutes, and then wash them.

3. Pour the eggs into a bowl and mixed well with scallion.

4. Hot oil in the pot, pour the evenly stirred eggs and stir-fry for 2 minutes, take out and put into a plate.

5. Put the cucumber into the pot and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

6. Pour the fried eggs and washed agarics into the pot.

7. Add salt, rice wine, vinegar into the pot and stir-fry agarics and cucumber until cooked.

8. Out of the pot to serve.

Ingredients:

Egg 100g (2), cucumber 120g, agarics 30g, scallion 25g, salt 1.5g, rice wine 1.5ml, vinegar 2.5ml, vegetable oil 15ml.
