Fried bean sprouts with scallion

Cooking:

1. Wash and cut the scallion into small pieces.

2. Wash and shred the green and red pepper.

3. Burn oil in the pot with big fire, and put the washed bean sprouts for fry.

4. Add a little cooking wine and fry the ingredients in the pot evenly.

5. Add little amount of water, pour green and red pepper and stir-fry until cooked

6. Add a little salt and chicken essence.

7. Pour scallion pieces and stir-fry evenly.

8. Out of the pot to serve.

Ingredients:

120 grams of soybean sprouts, 20 grams of red pepper, 20 grams of green pepper, 30 grams of scallion, 9 ml vegetable oil, 2g salt, 1 spoon of chicken essence, 6ml cooking wine.
