Laminaria and Donggua Decoction

Cooking:

1. Peel and remove white gourd’s seeds, and cut it into slices, and then cut scallion.

2. Boil kelp in boiling water for 2 minutes, remove and rinse it with cold water.

3. Put kelp and white gourd in water and boil until cooked.

4. Add scallion, salt and sesame oil.

Ingredients:

200 grams of fresh kelp, 400 grams of white gourd, 15 grams of scallion, 3 grams of salt, and 5ml of sesame oil.
