Bokchoy in garlic sauce

Cooking:

1. Wash and drain the bokchoy and remove its root, and chop the garlic.

2. Heat the oil in the pot, add chopped garlic and bokchoy, stir-fry them, and then add oyster sauce

3. Stir fry them until the bokchoy becomes soft, out of the pot to serve.

Ingredients:

500 grams of bokchoy, 6 pieces of garlic, 8ml oyster sauce
